Mexican Chicken Rice Recipe-
1 pkg yellow rice mix
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (or red) (or both like i did)
4 cups cubed cook chicken
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
12 oz. grated Pepper Jack Cheese

Chicken Fajita Marinade-
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB lemon juice
1 TB lime juice
2 tsp texas pete
Red Pepper Flakes
Paprika
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder

London Broil Marinade-
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mustard (Spicy Mustard)
2 cloves garlic

Sheet Pan Shrimp & Asparagus-
Olive Oil
Asparagus
Shrimp
(Sauce Ingredients- 1 tb olive oil, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika)
Unsalted Butter
