Pan That Palette | Update 8 (Too Faced Le Grande Chatou) Pantastic Ladies Collab

This year I have teamed up with the Pantastic Ladies on Facebook for the Pan As Old As Time collab. This project pan is where we pan our oldest eyeshadow palette. This year it is my Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette! However, due to reasons mentioned in this video I am decluttering this eyeshadow palette.
